Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet targets. Record and manage customer data in CRM software. Address customer queries and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Good listening and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
