Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to contribute to the company's growth and efficiency. Output Planning & Target Achievement: Monitor team performance, ensuring targets are met within set timelines. Team Handling: Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve operational goals effectively and collaboratively. Conducting Meetings: Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Client Handling: Manage client interactions with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolutions to inquiries and building strong relationships. Administrative Oversight: Oversee all administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective office operations. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support overall business goals. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive performance and progress reports to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Compliance Management: Ensure administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Administrative Coordinator roles. Strong strategic planning abilities and a proven track record of effective execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
