We are interested in hiring a dedicated and skillful individual a Customer Care Executive aka Counselor to join our SSL Education.

Resposibilites

Calling clients to encourage the purchase of items.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Communicating the same to our sales team for closing.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Requirements:

Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 1 year to 3 years experience.
Day Shift Only
Good time management skills.
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect.
Working Time 10.00 am to 7.30 pm
Good Communication Skill in Tamil
