Job Description

  • Making calls to prospect/donors to donate or increase their donation to our clients campaigns.
  • Meeting and maintaining call targets.
  • Accurately recording the donor information as per the format.
  • Building and managing the strong relationship with prospective donars and the team and ability to resolve the donor queries effectively

    Requirements

    • Minmimum 0-2 years of experience in Tele-calling.
