Need to know Performance Tuning and Advanced Oracle Concepts
Experience in Project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and risks, and drafting business processes and data flows.
Functional knowledge Securities market (Trade life cycle)
Should have good business understanding and analytical skills on the requirements
Experienced in analyzing the existing Process flow & Data flow to determine gaps or opportunities for productivity Improvements.

The Developer will have following responsibilities:
Analysis the requirement
Write detailed technical analysis with impacts (technical/functionally)
Design, develop, test and provide support during implementation
Bug fixing & performance optimization
Mentor and carry out code reviews of junior members on the team
Support to Service Delivery team for Production issue.
