Job Description

  • Need to generate leads via social media, tele calling .
  • Daily basis to do tele calling and status updates in CRM.
  • Daily basis need to clear follow ups should not be in escalated leads.
  • If one client ready to open account need fix with him appointment.
  • SRM should verify all the kyc documents before deciding EKYC or KYC.
  • Once client opened with us need to give basic demo SRM should share client ID , Back office client process pay in and pay out methods.
  • Client feedback update by weekly Saturday need to update in CRM.
  • SRM should keep good relationship with clients and should his/her clients with good and soft manner
  • IF SRM performance good in three months time he will place as team leader and he can recruit as RO under him and he can work accordingly.
