Design and write specialized testing tools and utilities for use in testing our software platform
Lead Automation Testing teams and projects
Develop and maintain reusable, data driven / Modular automated test scripts in one or more of the following tools: Lean FT, UFT, Selenium and Pega Robotics
Ensure timely project deliveries (milestones and deliverables)
Coordinate and communicate with client/onshore team for project related matters
Participate in Estimation process for testing projects
Attend and drive meetings / walkthrough sessions / group meetings
Develop and maintain object repositories, test data, and function libraries. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to Automation team members and QA Management
Constantly evaluate the test automation strategy and approach to identify areas of improvement (i.e. test automation frameworks, dynamic data collection methodologies, coding standards, components and object repository methods, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
12+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering
Hands-on experience in CI/CD Tech Stack (Example - GIT, VS, Maven, Docker, Sause lab, XL Deploy, OpenShift, Splunk etc.)
Experience in IT Delivery in various capacity and roles Like Engineering manager, Quality Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Automation Architect, Data Champion and Software engineer
Experience in managing large size projects / programs
Experience of professional relationship management with Stakeholders across locations (Business partners, Dev, SSS, BA, SA and QA Managers)
