To be responsible for receiving indent request from warehouse and verify before preparing the order
Getting Purchase order approval from In charge send the order to supplier and get acknowledgement for order receiving.
Follows up on orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates. If not receive confirmation mail from supplier about expected date of deliver for pending item and inform the message to warehouse staff.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
