Responsible for sample development, garment testing coordination and work closely with identified vendors
Keep track of development work flow and to ensure product quality and execution meet our standards
Support product technique development and work out alternatives with factories for cost effective solutions
Conduct costing analysis per fabrication, styling, garment construction. Negotiate with vendors for best competitive quotations and quality.
Ensure Product testing through external labs as per standards.
Monitor WIP order tracking activities to ensure on-time deliveries with correct quality and quantity
Manage and communicate the style changes that impact on cost, delivery and product integrity to all relevant parties
Oversee the production elements to meet the standard and approval
Troubleshoot production problems, prevent /resolve issues that will impact on product quality, cost and delivery
Coordinate with factories to identify possible solutions relating to sample and stock liability
