As a Marketing Manager for our Computer Training Center, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our training programs and expand our reach in the market. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, and analyzing performance to drive enrollment and revenue growth. Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy Development: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and meet revenue targets. • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Campaign Management: • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including online (website, social media, email), offline (print, events), and partnerships. • Create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, newsletters, and blog posts, to engage the target audience. 3. Digital Marketing: • Manage the center's online presence, including the website and social media profiles. • Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and search rankings. • Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns. • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with current students. 4. Market Research and Analysis: • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities. • Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvements. 5. Event Coordination: • Plan and coordinate marketing events, workshops, and webinars to showcase the center's expertise and attract new students. 6. Partnerships and Outreach: • Establish partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to expand the center's network and promote programs. • Attend industry-related events and conferences to network and represent the center. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
