Job Description

Manager Project Sales LED Lighting We have urgent requirement for Business Development Manager (LED Lighting Product) Chennai with Leading lights manufacturing industry. Key Skills Abilities Monitoring the complete sales & marketing, business development in market of (region). Meeting electrical consultants, architects, specifies in (region), generating business from new accounts. Meeting value volume sales budgets along with profit contribution targets. Coordination with cross functions to ensure proper & timely responses to customer Order executions business generation, and maintaining relationships with customer. Taking care of Indoor, Outdoor, commercial, residential, hospitality, Hotel & Industrial lighting solution. Keeping Area wise database, Market Survey reports, Competitor activities & and identifying customer requirements so as prepare the Sales promotional budget & plans for assigned area. Getting approvals for Product Profile from Specifies, Architects, Interior decorators, Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, Govt. authorities & End Clients. Filing tenders of Projects and achieving set sales targets. Preparing marketing budget for existing as well as new markets. Managing complete functions of the Monthly Rolling Sales Plan & channel sales plan. Establishing strategic alliance tie up with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection target. Regular interactions with electrical services consultants for incorporating the product specifications in tenders & projects. Interfacing with Production, Supply Chain Departments to resolve the problems of clients and follow them for timely delivery of consignments. Preferred Experience Experience in channel and or direct end customer sales. Preferably from the lighting industry. Experience of system integration will be an added advantage
