Manage overall delivery of data migration from legacy to core ERP applications working with project managers, key business and data stakeholders
Lead a team of data leads and analysts to drive data migration deliverables including timely status reporting for ERP deployments, projects and enhancements
Define data strategies to enhance data migration methodologies and processes leveraging automation and AI/ML technologies
Enforce standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities as established by departmental and organizational standard
Partner with the Enterprise Information Management/Data Management organization to understand business requirements and drive solution delivery to meet data quality standards
Work with co-source partners to ensure data deliverables are met with quality and on schedule
