Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Shall be managing the Payroll cycle such as fetching Attendance from the system to generating the salary report
  • Ensuring adherence to Statutory Compliance and assisting in Labor law compliance
  • Should be able to Handle full HR operations.
  • Employee relations and grievance handling

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree.(MBA Preferable)
  • Must have experience in a reputed IT/Manufacturing sector

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
