Will be responsible for maintenance of all books of accounts, finalization of financials, treasury management, taxation direct/indirect, banking operations, payables management, company secretarial functions, statutory compliances, factory accounts, costings, and so on. Responsible for - coordination with stat auditors, internal auditors, and Tax Audit, Capex monitoring with respect to cost and time, for preparation of fixed cost budget with actuals, for preparation stock statement for banks, for ensuring timely closer of books of accounts, and responsible for other inspections.
