Responsible for receipt, storage, control and issue of Raw materials, Packing Materials and Engineering items. Engineering inventory control and maintain the statutory compliance records.
Qualifications
Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
Monitor & Maintain Area & area related log
Keep up-to-date Stock for Receipt & Issued material
Inventory management of all Engineering materials Warehouse
Preparation of reports such as Rejection reports,Receipt. Reports, MIS reports and Cross check with relevant documents its correctness in SAP.
Monthly stock reconciliation.
Tracking of RGP related to job Work Activities.
Records & report maintenance related to OSHA.
Manpower Management of Team Members, Casual labors.
Physical Stock Verification and Reconciliation and Monthly Variance correction. Adhering to SOP
Monthly Engineering Stock Report and Consumption Reports preparation and provide to the commercial department.
Over all control of Engineering warehouse activities with time management.
Rejected and Non moving materials Returned in co-ordination with SCM team with relevant documentation.
Train the team members in adheres with cGMP, OSHA procedures.
