Job Description

• Provide Engineering / Technical Support to Sub-Regions to meet EBOP performance standards
• Collaborate with Global EBOP Engineering to meet ASP EBOP performance standards
• Develop and Handle EBOP Strategy for ASP
• Carry out Design Reviews on new projects
• Develop and Coordinate EBOP Pre-calculation tool, Prepare EBOP Pre-calculations for contract negotiations
• Set the requirements to ensure Standardization of EBOP Designs and Equipment
• Investigate Grid Code non-compliances, prepare report and resolution to prevent reoccurrence
• Collaboration with Service and Construction Academy in development of standardized training programs
• Develop troubleshooting guidelines for HV Adv Techs during breakdowns
• Collaboration with Global EBOP Engineering in the development of standardized processes and documentation
• Prepare the necessary documentation to ensure governance and standardization in ASP
• Provide Specialist support on EBOP Major Components including Maintenance and Operating
• Work alongside stakeholders during breakdowns to identify the root cause and recommend possible corrective actions
• Support Sub-Region EBOP Electrical Engineer with Spare Parts development onto SAP
• Identify Local projects to reduce the cost of operation and improve site performance
• Represent Plant & Hybrid ASP in Global and Local EBOP Committees
• Collaborate with employees to perform & create a safe work environment for EBOP (Substation, Cables & OHL) works

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical engineering
• Min 5 to 10 years of experience in the technical field, ideally with Substations, HV Power Cables, Overhead Power Lines, and Grid Compliance
