The Customer Service Executives (CSEs) would make calls to the customers and provide necessary information. * The CSEs would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call. * The CSE would try to meet the objective on the same call for e.g. Induction, Engagement, appointment.etc. * The CSE would tag all details of the call in the application provided and dispose the call based on the customer feedback. Eligibility : * The customer service Executive should have excellent communication skills in English with Malayalam /Tamil /Kannada /Hindi/ Telugu * The candidate should be 12 th Pass /Diploma /any Graduate ( Arrears can also apply). Shift : * Day shift ( 9.30 -6.30 /10.00-7.00) .
