Plan and supervise marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
Coordinate with Sales & Ops head in developing marketing plan and budget.
Recommend creative and cost effective promotional activities.
Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among consumers.
Use digital marketing tools in order to promote brand and generate new leads.
Implement techniques in order to create brand awareness across area of operation.
Assist in designing and developing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
Generate sales and marketing reports to management regularly.
Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
Administration Responsibilities:
Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life-cycle of the centre.
Coordination with the students as he would be responsible for the end-to-end academic life cycle of every student.
Collecting feedback & reviews from the students and maximize referrals.
Making sure the inquiry is given the best treatment & arranging the required material for the sales team. Partially/ fully managing the enrollment process.
Handle staff related grievances by proposing adequate solutions.
