Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide holistic care to patients, including physical assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Create and implement nursing care plans. Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care. Clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures, including wound care, IV administration, and managing medical equipment. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive health measures. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, offering immediate care to patients in critical situations. Quality Control: Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical standards. Monitor and improve the quality of patient care. Shift Handover: Provide thorough and accurate shift handovers to ensure continuity of care. Mentorship (MSc Nursing): If you hold an MSc in Nursing, provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff. Research (MSc Nursing): For MSc Nursing professionals, engage in nursing research activities and contribute to evidence-based practice.
