Accounts preparation: Prepare financial statements from incomplete records for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. Tax returns: Prepare corporation, personal, sole traders and partnership tax returns. Management accounts. Prepare management accounts, analyze performance and write commentary. Prepare budgets. Prepare forecasts. Supervision of Bookkeepers: Ensure accurate bookkeeping is being maintained by checking the bank reconciliation, suppliers and debtors’ ledgers, month-end or quarter-end entries, etc.
Audit: Preparation of planning checklist, analysis of risk and materiality level, overall review, and budget the hours required to complete the audit. Select the sample according to risk and size of the client and send it to UK. Check the correctness of the sample, do proper review of the financials, raise the queries with UK team etc. Preparation of audit report and relevant schedules etc.
