Job Description

Skills required: ERP Knowledge, Store Management, Material Knowledge and Transport.

  • Overseeing the store management function and maintaining reduced inventory levels.
  • Responsible for checking the receipt quantity of materials against proper PO and Documents from Client / Other Projects / Supplier.
  • Responsible for overall Operational Efficiency of the Store.
  • Preparation of Material request/indents.
  • Ensure to update all the relevant documents and registers.
  • To handle store operation, supervision of loading and unloading materials in stores, dispatch and delivery of materials.
  • Maintain minimum and maximum stock in store for all Raw materials and consumable warehouse materials.
  • Ensure Receipts and Issues are correctly documented.
  • Experience in ERP software must.
  • Effective utilization of available resources (Man,Vehicle, ERP & Raw Materials)
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual standards
  • The store is kept clean. Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves
  • Safe and timely unloading, proper Stacking/preservation, and securing of materials should comply with FIFO.
  • Documentation and reporting as per SOP / Quality / Safety norms.
  • Issue of Materials only as per authorization of project head.
  • Conducting periodic physical verification.
  • To review Scrap stock every month.
  • Maintaining Assets record.
  • Prepare monthly MIS and share with respective stakeholders
