We are manufacturer of Garment Accessories.The following post is hiring for Quality Control (Male Candidate only)1. Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing process.2. Able to correspondence with buyer any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue.3. Always aiming latest technology for highest quality, Effective follow up, coordination and liaison the buyer-sample department-merchandiser-factories.4. Follow buyer's requirements very sincerely and follow their comments to make a good garment. Always try to making the buyer happy by following their rules & regulation.5. Work on Product development according to the buyer's instruction.6. Work with production teams to develop process flows and helped trouble shoot problems.7. Make sure to send sample according to buyer requirement & personally checking the sample fitting with related mannequin before dispatch to buying office/customer.8. Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed.9. Able to support to tech. team & quality team re grading technical issue.10. Educate to operators about technical and buyer standard.11. Check print, Embroidery with approval swatch and give approval.12. Check the accessories. With approved trim, file wise and give approval.13. Performing PP meeting style & order wise.14. Check factory in-house quality procedure and advice to follow our required criteria.15. Perform Pre-final and final inspection.16. Work with merchandising team & co-ordinate with buyer and supplier.17. Follow up all kind of customer required garments test.18. Follow up of quality system of daily production and report to office.19. Check trial quantity output & give performance report if it ok than offer to buying QC check & taken permission for bulk.20. Check inline production garments in process wise and make minimum 3 inline report per style.21. Check initial finishing garments and give approval garments for finishing standard.22. Able to follow up Q.C. in a floor overall cutting, sewing & finishing.23. Keeping outgoing defects percentage in minimum level.
