Key Responsibilities : 1: Resource should raise the clarification based on the Technical Design/Mapping Documents he receives and independently work on Test scenario preparation, Test Prep, Test execution, raise the defect and triage with client to get the defect fixed and tested 2: Resource should be capable of writing smart SQL queries/SQL Join queries 3: Resource should help junior team member to guide on the daily activities and Peer review them
Technical Experience : 1: Resource should have 8 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle 8i/9i/10g/11g, DB2 80/70 Database experience 2: Resource should have Strong SQL Skills any RDBMS,Data Analysis, Data Testing skills in BI/DW Environment 3: Good to have resource worked on Insurance Domain 4: Resource should have worked on Testing tool like ALM, JIRA, Team foundation server and Agile experience
Professional Attributes : 1: Resource should have good communication Skills, Analytical Skills and ability to work under pressure 2: Resource should be pro-active in picking up the task and learning the new concepts
