Provide full secretarial and admin support to the Business Unit Lead
Prepare and coordinate presentations/conferences/meetings with internal and external parties
Manage and ensure that all meetings are timely arranged
Assist with the preparation, assembly and distribution of reports
Coordinate with travel department on Business Lead travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims
Raise purchase requisition / purchase order for the department requirements
Provide administrative support for the bid/tender process
Consolidate and update market data/information on new marine charters and bids potential
Provide costing input for invoicing
Co-ordinate and liaise with inter-department/inter-company requirements as per assigned
Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties as per assigned
