Role Description:
The Insider Threat Operations Centers (ITOC) Analyst will focus on responding to patterns of Insider Risk and Compliance non-compliant activity that may result in policy violation, illegal activity or compromise of sensitive data. The ITOC Analyst will be responsible for planning and implementing security measures to protect Concentrix and Concentrix client data and act as a first responder to potential fraud incidents. The ITOC Analyst will review real-time alerts and respond to the alerts based off severity, pre-established policies and procedures, as well as work with other internal Concentrix stakeholders to mature the program. An ITOC Analyst will assist in development of policy, procedures, standards, etc. The ITOC Analyst will analyze real time alerts and associated artifacts and demonstrate the ability to differentiate false positives and detecting non-compliant behavior. Achieves results through direct interaction as well as influencing other internal groups or persons to work with you to achieve results. Participates in incident response and ability to think outside the box.
